Player Card

In one of my earliest design foundations courses, I was challenged to create a redesigned composition based on the research of an assigned artist. Fascinated by his short-lived yet prolific career, I chose Jean Michael Basquiat as my inspiration. Being the final project of the semester, I was granted full artistic integrity as long as the piece made some sort of allusion to a playing card. I have included the final product as well as a few images detailing my process.
